Pragmatic Improvement are seeking accredited Master Black Belts & Black Belts to play a vital role in delivering sustainable benefits to their clients. Experience and skills required:

Six Sigma Black Belt

  • Be an accredited Six Sigma Black Belt
  • Have solid Green Belt training and mentoring experience
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Demonstrated ability in establishing appropriate infrastructure within the customers framework
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects and delivering recognised benefits

Six Sigma Master Black Belt

  • Be able to engage key stakeholders to integrate and align Six Sigma initiatives with business imperatives
  • Be able to develop Black Belts to their full potential
  • Facilitate Six Sigma training for Green and Black Belts
  • Assess Green and Black Belt certification against client criteria
  • Ensure project benefits are realised and direct the successful cultural shift towards a quality mindset
  • Possess a demonstrable track record of Six Sigma infrastructure design and deployment from a transactional and/or manufacturing driven environment
  • Have a minimum of five years experience as a Master Black Belt
  • Provide guidance in the use of advanced six sigma tools
  • Have a strong outcome focus and commercial acumen
  • Have strong project management skills and an excellent appreciation of change management considerations in a complex environment

As a certified Master Black Belt or Black Belt you will possess highly developed written and verbal communication skills and a 'can do' attitude. A proficient presenter, coach and trainer and hands on with MS Office, Minitab and Visio.
